Coconut milk | 120 ml |
Oatmeal | 4 Tbsp |
Chia seeds | 1 Tbsp |
Kiwi | 1.5 Unit |
Banane | 1/2 Unit |
Seeds | 1 Unit |
Take a glass jar with a lid or a container.
Blend the banana and kiwi (or any other berries of your choice) in a blender and pour the mixture into the jar.
Evenly sprinkle a tablespoon of chia seeds over the smoothie, then add 4 tablespoons of oatmeal on top.
Pour in the coconut milk so that it covers the oats by 0.5–1 cm.
Put the jar in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with coconut yogurt, shredded coconut, seeds, nuts, and any berries you like.
