Green beans | 60 g |
Shrimps | 7 unit |
Salt | 1 unit |
Carrot | 1 Unit |
Canned chopped tomatoes in juice | 4 tbsp |
Onion | 1/2 unit |
Zucchini | 1/2 unit |
Broccoli | 50 g |
Spices | 1 unit |
Chop the onion and carrot.
Sauté them in a pan over low heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Add green beans and corn, stir the vegetables, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Add water if needed.
Add the shrimps, diced zucchini, and broccoli.
Add salt and spices to taste.
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Serve the vegetable and shrimp mixture on top of the pasta.
