Green buckwheat | 50 g |
Dates | 4 unit |
Cocoa powder | 1 tbsp |
Walnuts | 30 g |
Seasonal berries | 50 g |
Pumpkin seeds | 1 tbsp |
Soak the green buckwheat overnight in a 1:2 ratio (buckwheat to water). In the morning, drain the excess water.
Soak the walnuts overnight as well. In the morning, rinse the nuts and drain the water.
Pour boiling water over the dates, remove the skins, and take out the pits.
In a blender, combine the green buckwheat, dates, walnuts, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth. The mixture should be thick in consistency.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
The number of dates controls the sweetness of the “curd.”
