Soba with Shrimp and Mushrooms

Chop the onion and garlic, sauté in oil for 3 minutes.

Add sliced mushrooms, fry, add a pinch of salt, stir, and cook covered for 15 minutes.

Add shrimp to the mushrooms, then add broccoli broken into small florets.

Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.

While the shrimp and mushrooms cook, boil the soba noodles.

Combine soba with the shrimp–mushroom mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
