Soak the lentils overnight. If you want to cook immediately and don’t have soaked lentils, no problem — just boil them for about 10 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

You can eat the muffins warm, but they are even better after chilling in the refrigerator (store in a container).
