Mix flour, water, turmeric, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using) in a bowl. The batter should be very liquid!

Pour ½–⅓ of the batter onto a well-heated pan. Fry 2–3 minutes per side.

Serve with herbs and avocado, or with berries and coconut yogurt.
